Chiral Co., Ltd. is a computational science company based in Fukuoka, Japan. We build Chiral One, a cloud platform that makes advanced molecular simulation usable by the scientists who need it, rather than only by specialists in computational chemistry. Chiral One brings molecular dynamics, docking, DFT, RNA and protein structure prediction, and QSAR modelling into a single environment with a no-code interface. Integrated AI agents guide users through workflow selection, parameter setting and interpretation of results, so a bench scientist can run and understand a simulation without writing code or managing infrastructure. We describe this approach as the Digital Blueprint: a reproducible computational description of a molecule or material that can be built once, shared and reused. Our work centres on drug discovery and biotechnology, with particular depth in nucleic acid therapeutics. Sequence design, off-target prediction and lipid nanoparticle formulation all involve a candidate space too large to explore by experiment alone, and this is where simulation reduces cost and cycle time most directly. The same platform is also applied to materials science. Chiral is a member of NVIDIA Inception and works closely with the research community. We collaborate with Tohoku University on the CoSMIC-DX materials simulation platform, contribute to the myPresto community in Japan, and work with A*STAR in Singapore. In Taiwan, we hold a distribution agreement with TherapiAI for their GMP document AI agents in Japan. We are also a member of the Fukuoka Bio Community and have been selected for Fukuoka City's overseas expansion support programme. At Meet Taipei 2026 we are looking for Taiwanese partners in nucleic acid drug discovery; CDMOs and CROs who want to add a computational design layer to their service menu; and research institutions open to joint projects.
